Function Rooms
Catering from 10 to 70 guests, facilities at the Country Club include:
- Two seminar/ meeting rooms
- Adjoining break out room for morning and afternoon teas
- An indoor air-conditioned function room with a dedicated bar and separate dance/buffet room
- Large alfresco patio overlooking the lagoon style pool and golf course
- Outdoor gazebo, breath-taking water features, lake and surrounding gardens
Located adjacent to the Swan Brewery, the Canning Vale Country Club also offers:
- Large parking area just metres away from all function rooms
- Private, secluded and relaxing setting surrounded by lush green grass and mature trees
- Seven day-a-week operation (excluding Christmas Day)
- Convenient location, within the Canning Vale business district and only 12kms from Perth CBD
Special Services
We pride ourselves on our ‘anything is possible’ approach to business. So if you want to create a special theme for your event, leave it up to us to arrange coloured table cloths, balloons, napkins, placement cards, menus, candles – whatever you need to see your dream realised.
Plus, if you want to add a special atmosphere to your celebration, we can put you in-touch with a wide range of professional suppliers of:

With the Swan Brewery located next door, it’s hardly surprising that the Canning Vale Country Club also boasts its own licensed bar to service your event guests. Featuring a range of on-tap and bottled beers, a full selection of Western Australian and Australian wines, spirits and softdrinks, we can devise a beverage package to suit your requirements or offer a cash bar to your guests.
